QC & Co Cleaning is a small Shepparton business, run by Kristy Bridges, built on turning up when we say we will.

Kristy started QC & Co Cleaning in Shepparton in 2023. The business was built around a simple idea: do the job properly rather than quickly, and be the person who is accountable when something is not right.
She still works on the tools alongside her team. That is deliberate. It means the standard is set on site rather than in a handbook, and it means clients deal directly with the owner rather than a coordinator who has never seen the property.

QC & Co keeps the team small on purpose. Every member is police-checked and trained directly by Kristy, on site, to the way she wants the work done. Standards drift when a business grows faster than it can train, so we grow slowly.

Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. We bring our own equipment and products to every job, so there is nothing you need to supply or store. If your site has particular requirements, mention it when we quote and we will confirm the arrangement in writing.
Do I need to be home?
Not unless you want to be. Plenty of clients are at work while we clean. We will agree access arrangements with you up front, and whatever you are comfortable with is what we do.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Scheduling is built around the site, including before you open, after you close and on weekends. Tell us the window that suits and we will work to it.
Are you insured?
Yes — QC & Co Cleaning is fully insured, with $20 million public liability cover. Staff are police-checked. ABN 66 475 655 892.
Can you provide a certificate of currency?
Yes. Commercial clients and property managers often need one before engaging a contractor. Ask and we will send it through.
